How to add optional products/room options in x.doc?
Introduction
Adding a Room Option in X-Doc allows you to provide your clients with different alternatives or optional product configurations for a specific room. You can create multiple room options within the same room to showcase various setups.
This feature is especially useful when offering different configurations, such as multiple setups for a room. Each option can include different items and may vary in cost based on the selected products, giving clients flexibility to choose the solution that best fits their needs and budget.
Adding a Room Option
Navigate to the Rooms & Items section and click on the three-dot icon. From the list of options that appears, select Add Room Option.

A dialog box will appear asking whether you would like to copy the items from the current room or start from scratch.
Please click Yes if you wish to copy the existing items.

After making your selection, the newly created room option will appear on the left side of the room design heading.

Adding Items to the Room Option
Select the option in which you want to make changes. Then, click on the Add Item button to proceed.

The Add Products window will appear on the right side of the page.
Select the appropriate Library, then use the search bar below to find the desired product. The products will be filtered based on your search input.
Once you locate the required product, click the Add option to include it in the BOM.

Once the item has been added, it will be visible in the BOM.
Your proposal is now updated and ready to be shared with the client, including the newly added Room Option.
