How to add Drawing to a proposal?

To add a drawing to a proposal, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The proposal must be linked to a Design or Project.
Please refer to the link to know how to create a proposal for a project: https://knowledgebase.xtenav.com/en-us/article/how-to-create-proposal-for-project-1e0xnhv/

  • The associated design must have Line Schematics generated.
Please refer to the link on how to generate Line schematics: https://knowledgebase.xtenav.com/en-us/article/how-to-generate-automated-line-schematics-j0rfu3/

After that, open the proposal and click on the Add element button to add a Drawing to the proposal.

After clicking on the Add Element button, a dialog box will open. From the available options, select Drawing to proceed.

Once you click on the Drawing option, the linked design will appear. From there, you can browse the design folder and select the desired drawing to add to the document.

After selecting the desired folder, the system will begin processing and fetch the data from the selected folder.

Once the processing is complete, the selected folder and its drawing contents will automatically appear in the proposal.
