How to Add a User Subscription to Your Current Subscription?
To add a user subscription to your current plan, please follow these steps:
Click on the "Upgrade Plan" Option
- This will take you to the Upgrade page where you can add user subscriptions.
Add New Users to Your Subscription
- Click on the "Add New Users" option.
Select the Number of Users
- Under the Plan Details section, select the number of users you want to add to your subscription and click on the "Next" button.
Enter Billing and Card Details
- Enter your billing and card details to upgrade your subscription and click on the "Submit" button.
If Payment Fails: Update Your Card Details
If you are unable to upgrade your subscription due to payment failure, you may need to update your card details. Please follow these steps:
Initiate Subscription Upgrade
- During the upgrade process, click on the "Change" button to update your card information.

Note: After updating your card details, you can proceed with upgrading your subscription.
Click on the "Upgrade Plan" Option
- This will take you to the Upgrade page where you can add user subscriptions.
Add New Users to Your Subscription
- Click on the "Add New Users" option.

- Under the Plan Details section, select the number of users you want to add to your subscription and click on the "Next" button.
