How to add a text box in the x.doc document?

Overview


In X.doc, you can add a text box to insert custom text anywhere in the document. Text boxes are useful for adding notes, labels, or additional information.


Steps to Add a Text Box


  • Open the X.doc document where you want to add the text box. Click on the 'Add Element' option under 'Element Actions' on the right side of the screen.



  • Select Text Box from the available options.


  • Click anywhere on the document where you want to place the text box.



  • After you've added the text box element, Start typing inside the text box to add your content. you can adjust its position anywhere on the page.



Notes: You can add multiple text boxes in a single document. Text boxes can be resized and repositioned easily. You can also change the layering order of text boxes using Bring Forward / Send Backward options.
