How do I submit feedback?

Overview

XTEN-AV values user feedback and continuously works to improve the platform experience. Users can share suggestions, feature requests, or feedback to help the product team understand user needs and identify areas for improvement.

• From the dashboard, navigate to the Help section and select Support & Feedback.

• Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the Support Center page. Fill in the required details under the Send Your Query section, and click Raise Issue to submit your feedback.
