How do I open a Project and review its details on mobile app?

Overview

The Project Details page in the XTEN-AV mobile app provides an overview of a selected project. From this page, you can review key project information and access the associated designs and documents.

• Open the XTEN-AV mobile app and navigate to the X-DRAW section.

• The Projects page will open, displaying all the projects you have access to.

• Switch between the All Projects, My Projects, and Shared Projects tabs to view the corresponding project lists.

• Use the Search bar at the top to quickly find a project by name.

• Locate the project you want to review, then tap the project to open the Project Details page.

• On the Project Details page, you can view project information, including the Project Name, Vertical, Source, Owner, Stage, Start Date, Procurement Date, Budget, and Assignees.
• Under Project Assets, tap Designs to view all the designs associated with the selected project.

• Tap Proposals to view all the proposals created for the selected project or any of its associated designs.
