How do I download Room Wise items in BOM?

Overview

X-doc allows you to download room-wise BOM (Bill of Materials) items, making it easy to review and share item details grouped by rooms directly from the document.

Steps to Download Room-Wise Items in BOM

• Navigate to the required proposal and open it in the X-doc editor. Click on the Rooms & Items page of your proposal.

• Under Rooms & Items Settings, select Room Wise as your Layout Preference. This will organize items by room in the BOM file you download.
• The Rooms & Items summary page will also be included in the Room Wise BOM.
• Click Save & Close to apply and save your changes.

• Navigate to the 'Actions' button in the proposal.
• Click on the Download or Export option. Select the required format (for example, Excel or PDF) and proceed.

• Open the downloaded file. You will be able to view the 'Rooms & Items' organized by room.
