How do I add new items from the bill of material to my current proposal?

Overview


To add new items from your Bill of Materials (BOM) to your current proposal, you can use the Sync with Design option. This allows you to update your proposal with the latest equipment and changes made in the design.


Syncing BOM Products


  1. Navigate to the proposal and go to the Rooms & Items section.
  2. Click the Sync with Design button.




  1. A dialogue box will appear. Select the room you want to sync and hit the Sync button. The products in that room will now be updated to match your BOM.






Note:- It is a one-way synchronization between the proposal and the BOM. In a proposal, if you add and delete products under Rooms & Items section, it won't reflect in your design.
