How can new users activate paid XTEN-AV plans?
Overview
New users can activate a paid XTEN-AV subscription by signing up for an account and completing the subscription purchase process. Once the payment is successfully processed, the selected plan is activated automatically, providing access to the features and benefits included in that subscription.
Steps to Activate a Paid Plan
- Sign up and log in to your XTEN-AV account.
- Go to your profile and click on the Upgrade plan option.

Choose the plan in which you want to upgrade. You can choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis. If you choose our Annual plan, you will get an additional 25% discount. Click on the Upgrade option

Select the number of users required for your subscription and click Next.

If you would like to include X-Pro licenses in your subscription, select the required number of Office Users and Field Users, then click Next.

Complete the billing information form required for invoice generation and click Next.

Enter your payment details. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Click Submit to complete the purchase.

What Happens After Activation?
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- Your selected subscription plan will be activated automatically.
- You will gain access to the features included in your purchased plan.
- A billing record and invoice will be generated based on the information provided during checkout.
