How can I view the equipment and labor details in Proposal Preview Mode?

Overview

Proposal Preview Mode allows you to review both equipment and labor details directly within the proposal before sharing it with your client. You can access detailed pricing and labor information for each item without leaving the preview, making it easier to verify your proposal.

Steps to View Equipment Details

• Open the proposal and navigate to the Rooms & Items section.

• Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.

• Select Preview from the dropdown menu.

• In Preview Mode, navigate to the Rooms & Items page, then click the View Details (eye) icon next to the equipment you want to view.

The Product Details panel opens, displaying the selected equipment's information, including:

• MSRP
• Quantity
• Cost Price
• Selling Price
• Markup
• Equipment Discount

Steps to View Labor Details

• While in Proposal Preview Mode, click Labors from the right-side panel under More Actions.

The Labor Settings panel opens, allowing you to review the configured labor settings for the proposal, including:

• Labor Type (Per Item, Overall, or Custom)
• Labor Preferences (Room Wise, Only Summary, or Both)
• Time Measurement (Hours or Days)
• Global Labor Markup

Notes

• Equipment and labor details are available only in Proposal Preview Mode.
• These details are not included in the exported proposal or the client-facing PDF.
• The information displayed is for review purposes and reflects the current proposal configuration.
