How can I share my account with other users?

Overview


You can share an account with other users by assigning it to a group or ensuring users have access to the same group. This allows multiple users to view and manage the same account within the platform.


  • From the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on the Account option.



  • Locate the account you want to edit from the list. Click on the  Gear or Actions menu next to the account, then select the Edit option.



In the account settings, locate the Group field. Assign the account to the desired group or add it to an all group. Click Save to apply the changes.



Notes: Make sure the users you want to share the account with are part of the same group. Users within the same group will automatically have access to the account.
