How can I resolve the errors when adding missing port information?

If you encounter errors while adding products due to missing port information, please follow these steps:


  • Navigate to the My Library option from the dashboard.



  • On the Library page, use the product search option to find the item, then click the Edit button next to item name.



  • To add port information, click Add Port and enter the required port details.



  • Edit your port information and then click on the Add product button to save your changes.



Note: If a product is not available in My Library, you must first copy it from the XTEN Library to My Library
