How can I create a clean proposal with a signature for my design?

Overview

XTEN-AV allows you to generate professional proposals for your designs. You can customize the proposal layout, include only the necessary sections, and add a signature element so that the proposal appears clean and ready for client approval.

Steps to Create a Clean Proposal with a Signature

• Open project and hover over the design for which you want to create a proposal, then click on View Docs.

• You will be redirected to the View Docs page; scroll down and click Create New Proposal, or simply click on the proposal card in the Proposal section.

• Once you click Create New Proposal, you will be redirected to the Template page. From there, you can select a template and start creating your proposal using X-Doc.

• Go to the section where you want to add a sign and click on the 'Add element' option from the right side of the proposal under 'Element Actions.'

• The 'Add New Element' dialogue box will open where you have to select a signee from the list to add a signature or initials to the document.

• Once selected, click the 'Add Signature' button.

• To insert a signature element, click anywhere on the page.

• After you've added the signature element, you can adjust it anywhere on the page, and similarly, you can add a client signature as well.
