How can field user see Project's drawings and Attachments?

Overview

This article explains how a Field User can access and view project drawings and attachments. Access to drawings and documents allows field users to review layouts, technical details, installation instructions, and other important project files while working on-site.

Steps to View Project Drawings

From the Dashboard, click on the Projects tab at the bottom, then select the specific project to view its drawings or attachments.

Click on the desired project to view all available designs and attachments, then select the design name to open the drawings or click on Attachments to view the attached files.

Note: Field Users may have view-only access depending on role permissions. Editing or deleting drawings may be restricted.
