How Can a Field User See a Project’s Drawings and Attachments?

Overview


Field Users can access Project Drawings and Attachments to review layouts, installation documents, and related files while working on-site. This ensures they have all necessary project information readily available.


  • From the main dashboard, click on your profile logo and select the Switch to Field View User option.




  • Click on the Projects tab at the bottom and select the project for which you want to view the drawings or attachments.





  • Click on the desired project to view all available designs and attachments, then select the design name to open the drawings or click on the attachments to view them.



Notes: Field Users can only access projects assigned to them. If the Drawings or Attachments tab is not visible, contact your Admin to enable permissions.
