Does XETN-AV support importing account data from external platforms?

Yes, you can import your account data from external platforms into XTEN-AV. Please follow the steps below:


  1. Click on Settings from the profile section at the top-right corner.



  1. Once you click on it, you will find the Import Data option under the Data Management tab.



  1. Click on the Account option to import companies or organizations you do business with.



  1. After clicking on it, you will be redirected to a page where you can select a group to assign your accounts from the dropdown menu. This helps you organize and manage your accounts efficiently.



  1. After selecting the group, click the Next button.



  1. Choose how to import your accounts.

Select how new and existing accounts should be handled during the import process from the dropdown menu.



  1. Once you have selected an option, click on Choose a File to upload your file, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. You can upload files in XLSX or CSV format.



  1. After clicking on it, a file browser window will open where you can select your file and then click the Open button.



  1. After selecting the file, click the Next button.



  1. Map your CSV columns. These columns will be used to identify your accounts. Please ensure that the columns in your file are mapped correctly to the XTEN-AV fields. Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be mapped to proceed.



  1. After mapping all the fields, click the Confirm button at the bottom of the page.



  1. Review and confirm your mapped data.

A sample preview of the first 3 rows will be displayed. If your data is mapped correctly, click the Confirm & Import button to proceed with the import. You can also click the Back button to make any necessary changes.



  1. After confirming the file, a pop-up message will appear stating that you will receive an email once your request has been processed.



  1. Once you submit the request, you can monitor the status of your import request under Import History within the Import Data section.
