Can users replace an existing payment card with a different corporate card?

Yes, you can update or replace the payment card information in your Xtenav account, including switching to a different corporate card.



To update your card details, follow the steps below:


  1. Access My Account


  • Click on My Account from your profile menu.




  1. Update Card Details


  • Navigate to the Billing & Card Information tab.
  • Click the Update Card Details button.



  1. Enter and Save Card Information


  • Enter your card details in the provided fields.
  • Click Update to save the new card details.



Updating Card Details During Subscription Upgrade


You can also update your card details while upgrading your subscription.


  1. Initiate Subscription Upgrade


  • During the upgrade process, click the Change button to update your card information.




Note: After updating your card details, you can proceed to upgrade your subscription.
