Can I recover my project after my account was restored?

Overview


If your XTEN-AV account has been restored and you are unable to find your previous projects, there may still be a possibility to recover them. Our support team can review your request and check whether the projects can be restored.


If you cannot find your projects after your account has been restored, please raise a support ticket by contacting the XTEN-AV support team.


Send an email to [support@xtenav.com]() with the following details:


  • Your registered email address
  • Project name(s) (if known)
  • Any additional details related to the missing project


Once your request is received, the XTEN-AV support team will review the case and check if the project can be recovered.



Notes: Project recovery depends on data availability in the system. The support team will investigate the request and inform you if recovery is possible. Providing accurate project details can help the team locate your project faster.
