Can I hide/unhide a room in the x.doc editor/Client PDF?
Introduction
There might be situations where you want to temporarily hide a room in your proposal. With x.doc, you can easily hide or unhide rooms in your x.doc editor or client PDF. Here's how:
Navigating to Your Proposal
Start by going to the proposal where you wish to hide or unhide a room.
Hiding a Room
In the 'Rooms & Items' section of your proposal:
Click on the Action icon, represented as three dots, for the room you wish to hide.
Once the room is hidden, it will appear like this in your proposal.
Unhiding a Room
To unhide a room, simply click on the 'Show Room' option in the dropdown menu of the Action icon. The room will immediately become visible again in your proposal.
Note: After hiding the room, all the equipment's inside the room will also be hidden from your x.doc editor/client pdf.
