Can I consolidate multiple BOMs into one proposal without losing the pricing I've already entered?

Yes, you can consolidate multiple BOMs from a design into a single proposal by creating the proposal from the project page.

Click on All Projects from the left panel. Locate the project for which you want to create a proposal, then click on the Gear (⚙️) icon next to the project name. From the dropdown menu, select Create Proposal to begin creating your proposal.

Or you can from the Project Page, find the Create Proposal button (typically available under the Actions menu or in the top-right section).

Using either method, a pop-up window will appear displaying the designs available in the project. Select the designs you want to include in the proposal, then click on Select Template to proceed.

Next, select a template from the X-Doc templates and click on the Use button to proceed further.

A window will pop up prompting you to enter the proposal details. Choose the options as per your requirement to create the proposal, either with or without AI assistance.

The proposal will be created, and you will be redirected to the proposal editor. Kindly click on Pricing Breakdown in the left navigation panel to view the combined cost of all included BOMs, along with labor and shipping charges.
