# Why do some products in the BOM show Dealer Price while others show MSRP?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, products in the **Bill of Materials (BOM)** may display either **Dealer Price** or **MSRP** depending on the pricing information available for each product.

**Explanation**

* **Dealer Price** is shown when the product has **dealer-specific pricing** available in the system.
* **MSRP** is displayed when **dealer pricing is not available**, and only the manufacturer’s standard price is provided.
* Pricing may vary based on **manufacturer data**, **integrations**, or **account-specific pricing access**.

**Note: You can manually update pricing in the BOM if needed.**
