# Where can users view their organization’s active subscription plan details?

**Objective**

Users can view their organization’s active subscription plan details from the **Subscription** section in XTEN-AV. This section provides information about the current plan, subscription status, renewal date, user licenses, and available add-ons.

**Steps** **to** **View** **Active** **Subscription** **Plan** **Details**

* From the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on your **profile icon** located on the right side of the screen, then select the **My Account** option.

* Navigate to the **Subscription** section. The **My Plan** panel will display your organization’s subscription details, including:Plan NameNumber of UsersDesign LimitSubscription StatusRenewal DateRemaining Licenses
