# What is the difference between Gallery and My Templates?

The **Templates** page is divided into two sections: **Gallery** and **My Templates**. Each section serves a different purpose.

**Gallery:** The **Gallery** contains prebuilt templates provided by x.doc. These templates are designed for common proposal types and can be used as a starting point for creating new proposals.

**My Templates: My Templates** contains templates that you have created or saved for future use. These templates are specific to your account or organization and can be reused to maintain consistency across proposals.

**To navigate to the My Template page to se both the option kindly follow below steps:**

* From main dashboard, kindly clicking the **X-DOC** tab and then selecting **Templates** from the left navigation menu.

* The My **Templates** page will open with the option of **Gallery** & **My Template** below the title of the page.
* You can switch between the **Gallery** and **My Templates** sections by clicking the corresponding tab at the top of the **Templates** page.
