# What is 'Repeater' and how to apply it to an Element?

**Overview**

In **x.doc**, the **Repeater** feature allows you to copy an element to the same spot on every page of a document. This is especially useful for elements such as headers or footers that need to appear consistently across all pages.

**Using the Repeater Feature**

* Open your **x.doc document** and select the element you want to repeat across pages.
