# What is considered a completed call?

**Overview**

A completed call in X-PRO Service refers to a service call that has been fully executed and resolved within a project, where all required work has been finished and no further action is needed.

* Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on **X-PRO**, and then select the **Service** option from the menu.

* Click on the **Calls** section to view **Completed calls**, where all assigned tasks have been finished and the call is marked as completed.
