# What Information Is Required to Create a Service Agreement?

**Overview**
When creating a service agreement in **X-PRO Service**, you must provide several key details to ensure the agreement is properly associated with the correct project, account, and contact.

## Required Information

### Service Project

Select the service project that the agreement will be associated with.
* Click the **Service Project** dropdown.
* Choose an existing service project.
* If a project does not exist, click **Create Project** to create a new one.

### Agreement Name

Enter a unique name for the service agreement.

* This field is mandatory.
* The agreement name helps identify and manage the agreement within X-PRO Service.

### Group

* The group associated with the selected service project will be displayed automatically.
* This field is populated based on the selected project.

### Account

* The customer account linked to the selected service project will be displayed.
* This information is automatically populated from the project details.

### Contact

Select the primary contact for the agreement.

* Choose an existing contact from the dropdown list.
* If the contact does not exist, click **Create Contact** to add a new contact.
