# What Does the Draft Status Mean in Agreements?

**Overview**
The **Draft** status in the **Agreements** section indicates that a service agreement has been created but has not yet been sent to the customer for review or approval.Draft agreements allow you to prepare, review, and update agreement details before sharing them with the customer.

## When Does an Agreement Have Draft Status?

An agreement will appear in the **Draft** category when:
* A new service agreement has been created.
* The agreement has been saved but not sent to the customer.
* The agreement is still being reviewed or edited internally.
## What Can You Do with a Draft Agreement?

While an agreement is in Draft status, you can:
* Edit the agreement details.
* Update customer information.
* Make any necessary changes before sending it.
* Delete the agreement if it is no longer needed.

**How** **to** **View** **Draft** **Agreements**

* Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on **X-PRO**, and then select the **Service** option from the menu.

* Locate the Draft column on the **Agreements** page. All agreements that have not yet been sent will appear in this section.
