# What can I do if XTEN software won't fully load and my BOM items aren't populating?

**Overview**

If XTEN-AV is not loading completely or the **Bill of Materials (BOM)** items are not populating, the **issue may be related to browser settings, cache, or syncing**. The following steps can help resolve the problem.

**Steps to Troubleshoot**

* **Clear your browser cache and cookies**, then refresh the page.
* If possible, use a **supported browser** such as **Chrome or Edge**.
* Reopen your project and click **Pull BOM Changes** in **X-DRAW** to refresh the BOM.
