What are 'variables' and how to add them to an x.doc document?
When you are creating or using a template, you can use 'variables' to automate some details like Client's name, address, email, phone number etc. This would automatically insert the specified details in your document wherever you would have placed these variables so you wouldn't have to manually write them over and over.
Here are the steps to use variables:
On any page, click where you want to add a variable.
Select the variables you want to add and click on the plus (+) icon next to the variable name.
Once you click on the variable, it will appear under the selected text box.
