# What are the next steps after uploading blueprints for my project?

**Overview**
After uploading blueprints in XTEN-AV, the next step is to place the floor plan in X-DRAW and set the correct scale for accurate measurements.

* Once the blueprint is added to your project, open it for editing by clicking on the **gear icon.**

* After clicking the gear icon, select the **Edit** option.

* You will then be redirected to the Editor page, where you can annotate, adjust, and modify your floor plan as needed.
