Submittals(Spec Sheets) in X-DRAW
Follow the steps below to generate a Submittals (Spec Sheets) document in X-DRAW:
1. Access the Submittals (Spec Sheets) Option
- Go to the design for which you want to generate submittals (spec sheets). Locate the 'Submittals (Spec Sheets)' option.
- Click on the 'Generate' button.
2. View Generated Submittals
- Once you click on the 'Generate' button, you will be directed to a page where you can view all your product specification sheets.
3. Resync Submittals After BOM Changes
- If you make any changes (update or delete products) to your Bill of Materials (BOM), you can resync your submittals document by clicking on the 'Resync Submittals' button.
4. Handle Unavailable Products
- Products without specification sheets will appear under the 'Unavailable Products' option.
5. Add Elements to Your Submittals
- You can customize your submittals by adding text boxes, images, PDFs, shapes, and pricing table elements.
- Click on the 'Add Element' option on the right side of the screen.
- Select the element you want to add.
- Click anywhere on the page to insert the selected element.
6. Duplicate or Add New Pages
- You can duplicate an existing page or add a new page to your submittals by clicking on the 'Duplicate/Add New Page' option.
7. Download Your Submittal
- To download your submittal, click on the 'Download PDF' option.
Note: X-DRAW submittals will be synchronized with your X-DRAW design BOM.
