# Submittals(Spec Sheets) in X-DRAW


Go to the design for which you want to review or download the submittals (**spec sheets**). Click on **View Docs** option.

You will be redirected to the **Design Documents** page. Scroll down to the bottom, hover over the **Submittals (Spec Sheets)** option, and click on the **three dots ( … )** to directly download the submittals file.

There are two options available: **Original PDF** and **Compressed PDF**. Click on the option that best suits your needs. Once selected, the file will be downloaded.

To view the submittals (**spec sheets**), hover over the **Submittals (Spec Sheets)** option and click on the **eye icon**.

You will be redirected to the **Proposal Editor (X-Doc)**, where you can edit the **submittals (spec sheets).**

If you make any changes to your **Bill of Materials (BOM)**—such as updating or deleting products—you can resync your submittals document by clicking the **Resync Submittals** button.

You can customize your submittals by adding text boxes, images, PDFs, shapes, and pricing table elements. Click on the **'Add Element'** option on the right side of the screen.

Select the element you want to add, then click anywhere on the page to insert the selected element.

You can duplicate an existing page, add a new page or delete the page from your submittals by clicking on the **Duplicate / Add New Page/ Delete Page icon** option.

To download your submittal from the **Proposal Editor (X-Doc)**, click on the **Download PDF** option.

| Note: X-DRAW submittals will be synchronized with your X-DRAW design BOM.
