# Is Accepting Terms & Conditions Mandatory During Card Updates?

**Overview**

Yes, accepting the Terms & Conditions is mandatory when updating card details in XTEN-AV.

During the card update process, users must check the Terms & Conditions acceptance box before they can successfully save the new payment information. If the checkbox is not selected, the system will not allow the card update to be completed.
