# How to view Room-wise Equipment Breakdown in proposal?

**Overview:**

The **Room-wise Equipment Breakdown** feature in XTEN-AV allows users to view the equipment/items assigned to each room separately within a proposal.

You can view the Room-wise Equipment Breakdown in your proposal by following the steps below.

* Open your proposal and navigate to the **Rooms & Items** section.

* Click on the **Rooms & Items Settings** from the right-hand panel.

* In the Rooms & Items Settings panel, set **Equipment Breakdown** to **Yes**, then click **Save and Close** to apply the changes.

* Once the changes are saved, you can view the **Equipment Breakdown** for that room at the bottom of the X-DOC editor page.

**Note:**

* The Equipment Breakdown is displayed only when Equipment Breakdown is Yes  in the Rooms & Items Settings.
