# How to view chat history in XAVIA?

* Click on the **Ask XAVIA** button located in the top-right corner of the dashboard page.

* The **XAVIA prompt** page will appear. Click on the **Chat History** icon located in the top-right corner to view your previous conversations. 
* The chat history is organized by date—simply select the desired date, and the complete conversation for that day will be displayed for your review.
