How to use an Inventory Management document?

Inventory management is used when you want to change the status of your items after a contact has accepted an proposal.

Go to the x.doc dashboard page, click on the 'Inventory Management' option under the "Action" button.



Once you click on it, it will take you to the Inventory Management page, where you can change the status of the item.



Select the item whose status you want to change. Select the status from the drop-down menu.



You can update the status of all items by selecting all items and changing the status from the Change status option.



You can download your Inventory Management document in .xls and .pdf format.




Note:- The inventory management document can only be used when the proposal has been accepted.
