# How to use ADI pricing in Proposal?

You can now include **ADI Pricing** directly in your proposal. Follow these steps to add it:

1. **Navigate to the Proposal**

Open your proposal and go to the **Rooms and Items** section.

2. **Add Items to the Proposal**

In the **Rooms and Items** section, click on **Add Items**.

3. **Search and Add Products**

Use the search function to find and add items to your proposal. Once added, click on the product to view the details, including pricing fetched from the **ADI** database.  

If **ADI** pricing is selected as the default supplied price, it will automatically be chosen in the dropdown. There will be no need to change this if **ADI** is the default supplied option.

4. **Toggle Between Pricing Options**

You can easily switch between **ADI** and **XTEN-AV** pricing using the drop-down menu. This toggle will apply to all products in the room, as well as on the **Areas and Items** page.
