# How to update the Room name in proposal?

* Navigate to the proposal you want to edit and open it in the proposal editor. From the left-hand navigation panel, click on the **Room & Items** section.

* The **Room & Item** page will appear. From there, click on the **three dots (⋮)** on the extreme right of the proposal name, and then select **Edit Details**.

* A window will pop up where you can update the room name. Click on the text box, clear the existing name, and enter the new name as needed. Then, click on the **Update** button to save your changes.

* The updated room name will be visible at the top of the **Room & Item** page. Then, click on the **Save** button to apply and save the changes.
