These settings allow you to control the connection shape, size, labels, colors, and visibility. * Click the **Profile icon** in the top-right corner of the application, then select **Settings** from the menu. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/james-setting_140so6g.png) * On the Settings page, click **X-DRAW Settings** in the left sidebar to expand the drop-down menu, then select **Cable & Signal Settings**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/cable-and-signal-from-james_1bkyfei.png) * Under **Cable Settings**, you can view **Multi-Tab Settings** section. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_10jycer.png) * Under **Shape Selection**, choose the shape used for the multi-tab connector. Four shape options are available. * Click the shape you want to use as the default — the selected shape is highlighted with a blue border. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_ojta9x.png) * Use the **Shape Size** slider to set how large the connector shape appears in the drawing. Drag the slider left to decrease or right to increase the size. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_1nkrp35.png) * Under **Label Text Position**, use the drop-down to choose where the label text appears relative to the shape. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_ibaov8.png) * In the **Font Size** field, enter the font size (in points) to be used for the label text on the multi-tab connector. . ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_1czx4wc.png) * Under **Visibility**, choose which option should be shown or hidden on the multi-tab connector using the toggle switches: **ID**, **Tab** **Name** **and** **Label.** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_x843x3.png) Under **Colors**, define the color scheme for the connector: * **Shape Color** – Click the color swatch or use the **Choose a Color** drop-down to set the fill/outline color of the shape. * **Text Color** – Click the color swatch and set the color of the label text. * **Fill Shape** – Toggle this on to fill the shape with the selected Shape Color, or leave it off to keep the shape unfilled (outline only). ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_1cn9zcs.png) * The **Preview** panel at the bottom of the page shows a live sample of how your multi-tab connector will look with the current settings applied — including the category name, in/out ports, and connector shapes on either end. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_1lpv7js.png) * Once you are satisfied with the shape, size, label position, font size, visibility, and color settings, click **Save** to apply the updated Multi-Tab Settings as your new default. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/3/c/d/e3cdae6433963000/image_f0q2bp.png) If you want to update the **Multi-Tab connection style** in an existing drawing, please follow the steps below: * Open your drawing in the **X-DRAW** **Editor**. Select the **'X-DRAW Settings**' option.
