# How to update per item labor from My library page? 

**Introduction**

Managing labor details for your products is an important part of effective project planning. The library allows you to easily update and manage labor information.

* Navigate to **My Library** from the left navigation panel of the dashboard.

* On the **My Library** page, locate the product for which you want to update the labor. Scroll horizontally to the right to locate the **Per Item Labor** column next to Port Information.

* The **Labor Details** dialog box will open. Enter the **Labor Time** for the product (in hours), then click **Save** to apply your changes.
