# How to unlock the Layer in X-DRAW Editor?

* To unlock a Layer in X-DRAW Editor, click the **Panel** icon on the toolbar and select **Layers**.

* Once you click on it, it will open the **Layers** dialog box on your X-DRAW Editor. Click on the **lock** option to unlock your Layer. 
* You can also hide/unhide the Layer by checking the box.

* Once you unlock the layer, click on the **Unsaved changes. Click here to save** button to save your changes.
