# How to sync XTEN-AV projects to Zoho?

To sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho, first, you need to connect XTEN-AV with Zoho. There are two ways to sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho.

1. Go to the **Settings** option in the top right profile area.

* Once you click on it, you will find the **Zoho** option under the **Integrations** tab.

* Go to the **Deals/projects** option.

* Click on the **gear icon**, select the documents that you want to send from XTEN-AV to Zoho Opportunity while syncing and click on the save button.

* Click on the **Push Deals** button under the Deals / Projects section.

* Choose Projects that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Zoho account and click on the Submit button.

* Click on the **Sync Deals** button.

2. Go to the All Projects page by clicking on the **All Projects** option under the **Projects** option from the left navigation menu.

* To sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho, click on the **Push to Zoho** button under the **Sync** tab.

* Select the projects which you want to sync from XTEN-AV to Zoho and click on the **Sync** button.

* Once you click on it, your XTEN-AV and Zoho Deals / Projects will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.

* You will be able to see the projects that were in XTEN-AV, which are now shown in the Deals section in the Zoho dashboard.
* Go to the Zoho account, click on the Deals section.
