# How to sync XTEN-AV Project with Salesforce?

To sync your XTEN-AV project with Salesforce, you must first integrate your XTEN-AV account with your Salesforce account.

Once you have completed the design or Bill of Materials (BOM), there are three ways to send the data to Salesforce:


**Method 1:**

* Click on the **Profile** icon located in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select the **Settings** option from the dropdown menu.

* Click on the **Integrations** option from the left-hand menu bar.
* Then, select **Salesforce**. A dropdown menu will appear — click on **Opportunities/Projects.**

* Click on the **gear icon** to select the documents you want to send from XTEN-AV to Salesforce.

* A pop-up window will appear. Toggle on the documents you want to sync, then click on the **Save** button to proceed.

* Click on the **Push Opportunities** button under the **Opportunities/Projects** section.

*  A pop-up window will appear. Select the projects you want to push from XTEN-AV to your Salesforce account, then click on the **Submit** button to proceed.

* Click on the **Sync Opportunities** button. Once clicked on it all your projects data from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Salesforce account.

* A pop-up window will appear displaying the message:
* **Done. Your Salesforce and XTEN-AV Projects/Opportunities will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.**

**Method 2:**

* Navigate to the project that you want to push to your Salesforce account.
* Click on the **Project Settings** option from the right-hand menu bar. A dropdown list will appear, click on **Sync with Salesforce** then select **Push Changes to Salesforce.**

* A pop-up window will appear asking you to select the design and documents you want to push.
* Check the box to include the design, and click on the **Settings** icon to customize the documents you wish to send.
* After making your selections, click on **Continue** to proceed.

* Notification window will appear as message of Done.

**Method 3:**

* From the left navigation menu, go to the **Projects** section and select **All Projects**.

* To sync your XTEN-AV project with Salesforce, click on the **Push to Salesforce** button under the **Sync** tab.

* Select the design and click on the **Sync** button. Your Salesforce and XTEN-AV account will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.

* To view the XTEN-AV project data in Salesforce, go to the Opportunities section under the Salesforce account. Also, you will be able to see the dealer prices of those products, along with quantity and description.
