# How to sync Hubspot deals with XTEN-AV projects?

There are two ways to sync projects from HubSpot to XTEN-AV:

**Method 1:**

Click on the **Profile** icon located in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select the **Settings** option from the dropdown menu.

Click on the **Integrations** option from the left-hand menu bar. Then, select **Hubspot**.

Expand the **HubSpot** section, then click on the **Deals/Projects** option. Next, click on the **gear icon** to select the documents you want to sync with HubSpot.

A pop-up window will appear. Toggle on the documents you want to sync for the project, then click on the **Save** button to proceed.

Click on the **Sync Deals** button. Once clicked, all the selected project data from XTEN-AV will be synced and made visible in your HubSpot account.

**Method 2:**

Navigate to **All Projects**, then click on the **Sync** button located in the top-right corner.

Select **HubSpot** from the dropdown menu. When the options list appears, click on **Push to HubSpot.**

Select the checkbox next to the projects you want to sync, then click on the **Sync** button to proceed.

notification pop-up will appear displaying the message: **“Done.”**
