# How to sync Contacts from Dynamics365 to XTEN-AV?

Once your XTEN-AV account is connected with Dynamics365. The following details will guide you on how to Pull contact from Dynamics365 to XTEN-AV:

Go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Dynamics365' option under the 'Integrations' tab.

Under the 'Contacts' option, choose Contacts that you would like to be pulled (downloaded) from Dynamics365 into your XTEN-AV account by clicking on the 'Pull Contacts' button and click on the submit button.

Click on the ‘Sync Contact’ button. Once clicked on it, all your chosen contacts from Dynamics365 will be visible on the XTEN-AV.
