# How to sync contact from XTEN-AV to Monday.com?

To sync your XTEN-AV contacts with Monday.com, first you need to connect XTEN-AV account with Monday.com account.

You can use two ways to sync contacts from XTEN-AV contact to Monday.com:


From the dashboard, go to the '**Settings**' option, in the top right profile area.

Once you click on it, you will find the 'Monday.com' option under the '**Integrations**' tab. Select the '**Contacts**' option.

Choose Contacts that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Monday.com account by clicking on the '**Push Contact**' button and click on the submit button.

Once you click on it, a pop-up window will open, allowing you to select the desired contacts.

Click on the ‘**Sync Contact**’ button. Once clicked on it all your contacts from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Monday.com account.

2. Go to the All Contact page by clicking on the 'Accounts & Contacts' option from the left navigation menu.

Now to pull any contacts from Monday.com to XTEN-AV, click on the '**Pull from Monday.com**' button under the '**Sync**' tab.

Also, to update any contacts from XTEN-AV to Monday.com, click on the '**Push to Monday.com**' button under the '**Sync**' tab.

Select the contact which you want to update and click on the '**Sync**' button. Your Monday.com and XTEN-AV account will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.

To view the XTEN-AV Contacts  in Monday.com, go to the Contact section under the Monday.com account.
