How to Sync and Update Product Prices from My Library to a Proposal?
To update the prices of products in your proposal from My Library, go to your proposal and click on Review & Submit. A dialog box will appear.

Click Review now, and then select Update to apply the changes .

On clicking on Review now a dialog box will open which will show you the Recent prices in the Proposal and the Latest Prices that are there in the My Library.

Once you click on update you proposal will be updated with the latest prices .
👉 Note: This pop-up will only appear once every 24 hours for each proposal.
If the pop-up doesn’t show or you want to update again later, open your proposal, click Actions (top right), and select Update Supplier Pricing.

This will bring the latest prices from My Library into your proposal.
The system will select XTEN-AV by default.

Click Review now, and then select Update to apply the changes .
