# How to share X-Draw settings?

**Overview**

X-Draw settings help maintain consistency in design preferences and configurations. Superadmins can share these settings with other groups to ensure everyone works with the same defined standards and setup.

* Click on the **Profile icon** in the **top-right corner** of the application. From the menu, select **Settings**.

* You will be re-directed to the settings page. Click on **X-Draw Settings** to access the configuration options.

* After clicking on it, select the **Share Settings** option to choose the required groups and apply the same X-Draw configuration across them.

* From the shared settings page, select the user from the dropdown whose settings you want to share.

* After selecting the user, choose the **groups** from the dropdown you want to share these settings with, or select **All Groups** if required.

* Please note that you can share **Cable & Signal Settings, Border Settings, Paper size & Block settings**. 
* Select the X-DRAW settings you want to share.

* After selecting the settings, click on the **Share Settings** option to proceed.

* A confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen stating that "Sharing these settings will replace the existing configuration." Click on **Share Settings** again to confirm and complete the process.

* After clicking on it, a notification pop-up will appear on the top-right side of the screen stating **"Settings Shared Successfully"**.

You can also check the shared settings history under the **Sharing History** option, where you can view:
* **Sharing Scope** – the groups with which the settings were shared
* **Settings Shared** – the configurations that were shared such as Cable & Signal Settings, Border Settings, Paper size & Block settings
* **Shared On** – the date when the settings were shared
