How to share the saved x.doc template?
Click on the x.doc templates option under the templates option from the left navigation menu.
Once you click on it, will lead you to the template page where you can share your saved template under the My Templates option.
Hover on the Template which you want to share and click on the "share" button under the "⋮" icon.
Select the groups you want to share this template with from the drop down menu and click on the Share button.
Once you share a template, all users in the group can create a proposal using this template.
