# How to remove Unassigned Area from Design?

**Overview**

The **Unassigned Area** in the design section represents spaces that are not linked to any specific room or area in your project. If these areas are no longer required, you can remove them to keep your design organized and easier to manage.


* Open the **project**, go to the **Search & Add Product** page, and select the products you want to remove from the **Unassigned** **Area** and click on the **Move** **Selected** **Products**.

* A pop-up window will appear where you can **select the area to move the items to**, then click **Move Products**.

* After clicking **Move Products**, the selected items will be transferred to the **selected area**, and the **Unassigned Area will be automatically removed** once all products are moved.
